Delivery Terms
All shipping takes place with FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping services. After the order completion and confirmed payment, the website notifies the customer via email with parcel tracking information. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order in our sole discretion. If we change to or cancel an order, we may notify you via the email or billing address/phone number provided by you upon making the purchase. Secure Payment
The company currently offers three ways to pay for your order: PayPal, debit/credit cards, and direct bank transfer. Please refer to PayPal for full terms and conditions of use. You can use most debit and credit cards that have a registered billing address to make PayPal payments. Instructions for bank transfer payments to evchargeplus.com are provided during the products or services ordering process. Evchargeplus.com/usa does not store any credit card information on our servers.
Applicable Law

Return Policy
Evchargeplus.com/usa accepts returns for refunds or exchanges, subject to the following:
14 Days – You can return purchased items to evchargeplus.com/usa within 14 days of the date they were delivered to you. The item must be unused, undamaged, complete with all parts and accessories, in the same condition you received it, and its original packaging. RMA – Before returning an item, contact us at sales@evchargeplus.com/usa to explain the reason for the return, the details of your original order, and whether you want a refund or an exchange. As appropriate, we will issue you an RMA number, which you need to include in the package for the returned item, along with a copy of the original order information. Without RMA, we do not accept returned items. Condition – The item must be unused, undamaged, complete with all parts and accessories, in the same condition you received it, and its original packaging.
Shipping – Pack the item to prevent damage in transit. Ensure the package for its value, as you will be responsible for damage in transit. Use a shipping service that allows you to track the package. You are responsible for paying all shipping and insurance costs for the return shipment. If you are seeking an exchange, you will also be responsible for all costs of shipping the new item to you.
Return shipping address – will be sent to you by email after your return request.
Upon Receipt – Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether you request a refund or exchange. We may charge a fee for missing or used accessories.
Restocking Fee – For non-defective items, evchargeplus.com/usa charges a restocking fee equal to 15 % of the original purchase price of each item returned. The fee deducts from your refund, or if you have requested an exchange, the payment will need to be received by evchargeplus.com/usa before the new item is shipped.
Refund – If a refund is approved, we will automatically apply the credit to your original payment method. This refund amount may take some time to show in your records, so before contacting evchargeplus.com/usa, please check with your credit card company, bank, or other payment services.
Exchange – If an exchange is approved, we will ship the new item to you after payment of any applicable restocking and shipping fees.
