Description

The EV CCS1 to CCS2 DC Fast Charging Adapter features a handheld ergonomic design and is easy to plug in. This adapter is required to charge an EV with a CCS Combo 1 socket from a CCS Combo 2 fast-charging station, enabling seamless connection between CCS1 EVs and CCS2 stations—ideal for charging U.S.-made EVs in Europe. Constructed from durable thermoplastic material, it offers an IP54 protection rating, safeguarding against dust and water splashes from any direction.

How to use:

We recommend using the following steps:

1. Plug in the CCS2 end of the adapter to the charging station cable.

2. Plug in the CCS1 end of the adapter to the EV’s charging socket.

3. After the adapter has clicked in place,  you are ready for charging.

When charging is complete, disconnect the vehicle side first, followed by the charging station side. Remove the adapter from the charging cable and store it.

How to store:

This product is the lifeline of your electric vehicle, so it is smart to keep it protected. Store it in a dry place, preferably in a storage bag. Moisture in the contacts may cause the cable to stop working. If this happens, place the product in a warm, dry location for 24 hours. Avoid leaving the adapter outside, where it can be exposed to sun, wind, dust, and rain, as dust and dirt can prevent proper charging. The product is easy to use and store, ensuring convenience and longevity.
